SYZMK Technologies Ltd, the brain child of John Nowak (Msc), hons, is a relatively new addition to the technology world (3 years and counting) with the ever so subtle and perhaps ambitious aim of revolutionising the way the world does business!

John's working background lies largely in Information Technology sector with past employers including such market leaders as Microsoft, Terabyte and most recently Xsol. Prior to this John enjoyed stints within IT working in conjunction with a variety of departments at XPO Exhibitions (now dmg world media)and North Shore City Council.

With large portions of John's time working with a variety of data, John became frustrated at the labour filled, stale, limiting and lack-lustre way information of all types was collected, diseminated and updated. This frustration coupled John's knowledge that he spent much of his working life with his ear virtually attached to a cell-phone - led to the realisation of the potential and inevitable importance of linking the two mechanisms together. John felt it obvious that a bridge must be built between the two technologies and it needed to be easy to navigate. The challenge and John's destiny was clear. Many midnight candles later, SYZMK was born.

SYZMK (shortened in txt speak from the original 'Seismic') pays homage to John's distant background in Geology, Volcanism and Tectonics, with the SYZMK logo starting life as a seismic trace plot that could also be a financial activity plot or growing waves.

What's next? - Plenty! John will continue to build and fine-tune the core SYZMK product. More will be revealed in good time, but for now we are operating in stealth mode finishing off some development work and icing a few contracts. Watch this space!
